Private classes are perfect for those who are new to yoga.
These classes are also suitable if you would like to learn the basics before starting a class. Or for those who are too busy to attend classes but would like to deepen their own practice. One to one sessions are suitable for everyone regardless of age or experience, they allow you to progress at your own pace and achieve your goals in your own time.
